The North Suburban Access Corporation (NSAC), CTV, is a non-profit organization that provides public access community television to ten cities: Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville, St. Anthony and Shoreview.

CTV is managed by the North Suburban Communications Commission (NSCC), which is made up of representatives of each of the ten member cities.

New CTV Class

INTRO TO DIGITAL VIDEO

CTV is pleased to announce it’s offering a new class – Intro to Digital Video. This class provides an overall basic production experience, bringing concept, shooting and editing all into one package. Students will receive guidance to transform their individual ideas into a completed video or film. Hands-on training with camcorders, lighting, audio and editing equipment will be provided, and students will be certified in camcorder and iMovie editing upon completion of the class.
